Double tragedy for a family and all assistance in vain

It was reported that Mr. Asheesh Goyal, Inspector of Bhopal suffered severe chest pain on the night of 23.03.2019.

Previously on 13.02.2019 his brother had met with an accident and had expired on 19.02.2019.

Mr. Asheesh Goyal was diagnosed with cardiac diabetic myopathy when he went for consultation in Carier Hospital, Bhopal. After examination, the Doctor advised him to be admitted to ICU and after a few hours he was referred to Noble Hospital, Bhopal. Doctors there, after certain examinations found that it was a case if severe heart attack and started treatment.  On the next day he was referred to Bansal Hospital from Noble Hospital. There the doctors advised IABP therapy which was done there but on 2nd April the patient was referred to Eternal heart critical care, Jaipur where he was shifted via Air Ambulance since his condition was getting critical.

His friends raised funds to help him.  The Units of the AICEIA as well as the AIACEGEO actively mobilized funds from members to save him.  The Jaipur Office Bearers of AIACEGEO rendered great help by interacting with the hospital management and providing every help possible. Though contributions from various quarters flowed in and all members of the cadre prayed for his recovery, unfortunately, he passed away in the early hours of today.

The family has lost two sons of young age, in quick succession.

It is a tragedy of immense grief We mourn this terrible twin tragedy to that family.

We thank all those who came forward to help them at the hour of need.

We also thank the local Commissioner for his prompt help in providing whatever relief that could be granted from Government funds.

All help to the family in getting funds from the administration and Welfare Fund towards the medical expenses and attempts to get any compassionate ground appointments shall be done by the Associations in quite earnest.

May the family have the strength and courage to face this dark hour.
